Raccoon In Attic animal Control

At Amherst US Animal Control we specialize in removing Animals and wildlife from your attics and properties. We locate your animals entrance, get the offending critter out, then we seal the entrance. When we remove an animal from you house we GUARANTEE the animal will not be able to return to your house. 90% of our work id done through exclusion, this means closing of areas animals can enter.

Animal Exclusion is the best HUMANE way to get rid of animals Permanently. Many Of Amherst's Creatures Are Raccoons Squirrels And Rats. We are frequently excluding raccoons from chimneys and attics, and rats from ceilings. We never use poison or killing style traps.

Amherst Animal Control Trapping & Amherst Critter Removal

Amherst Snake Removal & Amherst Snake Trappping

If we have to set traps we only set live traps like the one pictured to the right. This trap allows the animal to enter in search of food , get caught , and be removed from the property without being harmed. This trap is safe to set because it cannot hurt the animal and also it cannot hurt any little kid fooling around with it. We take great pride in placement, this keeps the trap hidden from public eye, and keeps a trapped animal safe and not stressed. Groundhogs and wood chucks are living under the porch, trapping and concrete exclusions can solve your problems.

Amherst Raccoon Removal & Amherst Raccoon Trapping

Raccoons Are the most frequent intruders in Amherst. They are using the sewers as highways around the city. Raccoons in the city are crafty creatures, the use attic fans and chimneys to access your house. these animals also refuse to pay rent. eviction and exclusion are the best way to deal with them. you can trap them every day in Amherst, but another one moves in. Wasted money if you ask me.

I had a home owner contact me over Memorial Day weekend he said he had a horrible smell coming from under his deck on the back of his home he asked me how fast can I be there too find the dead animal and remove it. I was at his home within the hour even if it is Memorial Day weekend my business does not shut down I wouldn't want too have company over for a BBQ and have a horrible smell like that .

I did a little investigating around the deck and located the dead raccoon under the deck I could not reach the raccoon from the exterior so I had too remove one of the boards too remove the Raccoon. The deck was not wood it was made out of composite decking once the board was removed I removed the dead raccoon and treated the soiled are with a solution too kill all the bacteria and referred pest Finder's too treat the home for flea's and ticks. I replaced the board as if nothing was touched. The job was completed within 30 minutes. Another happy customer and there family picnic could continue without any more problems.

I asked the home owner if he would be interested in sealing up around the deck with 14 gauge wire too prevent anymore animal's to get under his deck the price I provided him was very cost efficient for his budget I returned too his home and installed fencing around his deck and also gave him a 1 year warranty which I do with all my jobs I always back up all my work. U.S. Animal Control provides customers with quality work and get the job done right the first time.

U.S. Animal Control

Experienced Wildlife Removal

Bats in  are considered carriers of rabies and should be excluded by professionals.  There are to many variables in which to consider in  bat control and exclusion. Every situation in  is unique and should be evaluated and handled by a  licensed wildlife animal control professional. Experience is the key in removing these Bats. From vents with a maternity colony to completely infested buildings,  bat exclusion work is the most detailed work that can be done by the  Bat certified professional. After removing  bats in the attic one should consider  attic decontamination for further protection against disease.

Raccoons have many viruses and bacteria in their fecal matter and none of them are nice, many are deadly to humans. The cleanup costs can be extraordinary but insurance may cover those costs. Give us a call and we can discuss all of the options open to you with your wildife problem      Once the mother raccoon is put into an environment that is unknown to her where she has no food and no shelter and 2-6 babies, something happens. Those babies now become food for her. wildlife is all about survival and raccoons are omnivorous. Most people dont want to realize this little known fact but it is exactly what happens in a lot of the cases. Once a raccoon lives in a house it will always go back to another house, no matter how far it has to travel. The first thing that most people dont realize too is that in most states it is illegal to relocate an animal on property that you do not have written landowner permission. There really only three ways to deal with mother raccoons and their babies 1) using raccoon eviction fluid, which triggers a chemical reaction in the mother and causes her to move her babies out of the area that she was denning in.  2) trapping the mother out lethally and taking the babies to a licensed wildlife rehabilitater where they will get the rabies and distemper shots and released once the raccoons are old enough on legal land.  3) excluding the mother and immediately placing her babies where she can find them so she can take them away from the area.

Dear TIm,
I very much enjoyed speaking with you on the phone about the animal problem in my ceiling. You not only explained how your company works, but the fact that you close up any potential entry areas and guarantee your work made me feel I had chosen the right company.

Your technician, Russell, politely called ahead to let me know when he would arrive within the time window we had predetermined. Upon arrival, Russell surveyed my raccoon and squirrel problem, then explained to me how he was going to handle it. He was very thorough and maintained phone contact with me to keep apprise of the situation. Additionally, he made several trips back to check the progress and then finish the job.

He also pointed out that my kitchen exhaust had no cover on it, and he took care of that issue as well.  Which was very helpful, because I would have felt awful if I had accidentally smoked a nest of baby birds.

Thank you for your service. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone I know who has a wild animal control animal issue. Thank again.

Sincerely,

KT (Kathleen) Robeson
