At Charleston US Animal Control we specialize in removing Animals and wildlife from your attics and properties. We locate your animals entrance, get the offending critter out, then we seal the entrance. When we remove an animal from you house we GUARANTEE the animal will not be able to return to your house. 90% of our work id done through exclusion, this means closing of areas animals can enter.

Animal Exclusion is the best HUMANE way to get rid of animals Permanently. Many Of Charleston's Creatures Are bats. We are frequently excluding bats from chimneys and attics, and  from ceilings. We never use poison or killing style traps.

This is the size of  a normal north american bat.  When it is in flight it appears 10 times as big, not to mention the fear factor involved.  If a bat enters your living area, don't panic, they're better at knowing where you are than you are aware of, for example you might fall down the stairs running away from a bat, but a bat usually doesn't run into a wall trying to escape from you.  These are delicate creatures, be gentile

Removal of the entrance is key in keeping bats from entering your home again. Not olny will you have to remove these types of entrances, but you will have to prevenative seal the exterior of your home.  After your exclusion is done a fine wire mesh should cover the entrances of this type of vent from the exterior. this will prevent any further entrance to your home

I had a home owner contact me over Memorial Day weekend he said he had a horrible smell coming from under his deck on the back of his home he asked me how fast can I be there too find the dead animal and remove it. I was at his home within the hour even if it is Memorial Day weekend my business does not shut down I wouldn't want too have company over for a BBQ and have a horrible smell like that .

I did a little investigating around the deck and located the dead raccoon under the deck I could not reach the raccoon from the exterior so I had too remove one of the boards too remove the Raccoon. The deck was not wood it was made out of composite decking once the board was removed I removed the dead raccoon and treated the soiled are with a solution too kill all the bacteria and referred pest Finder's too treat the home for flea's and ticks. I replaced the board as if nothing was touched. The job was completed within 30 minutes. Another happy customer and there family picnic could continue without any more problems.

I asked the home owner if he would be interested in sealing up around the deck with 14 gauge wire too prevent anymore animal's to get under his deck the price I provided him was very cost efficient for his budget I returned too his home and installed fencing around his deck and also gave him a 1 year warranty which I do with all my jobs I always back up all my work. U.S. Animal Control provides customers with quality work and get the job done right the first time.

Experienced Wildlife Removal

Dear TIm,
I very much enjoyed speaking with you on the phone about the animal problem in my ceiling. You not only explained how your company works, but the fact that you close up any potential entry areas and guarantee your work made me feel I had chosen the right company.

Your technician, Russell, politely called ahead to let me know when he would arrive within the time window we had predetermined. Upon arrival, Russell surveyed my raccoon and squirrel problem, then explained to me how he was going to handle it. He was very thorough and maintained phone contact with me to keep apprise of the situation. Additionally, he made several trips back to check the progress and then finish the job.

He also pointed out that my kitchen exhaust had no cover on it, and he took care of that issue as well.  Which was very helpful, because I would have felt awful if I had accidentally smoked a nest of baby birds.

Thank you for your service. I will certainly recommend your company to anyone I know who has a wild animal control animal issue. Thank again.

Sincerely,

KT (Kathleen) Robeson
