Once you have sealed out the flyers and the bats and they get back in, that's when the real work begins. You have already sealed up everything you think they can use as an entry hole to get back in, now you have o find the spots or spot you couldn't find before. This is where I get 75% of my customers from. They have already had another company out to try to get rid of the bats and flying squirrels and the other company just cant seem to get them to stay out. This is where a fine tooth comb comes in and a lot of times a second eye helps also.
I put my 2 year warrantee on all of my work and if
I have to redo an exclusion then I do not charge for it and start the warrantee
over from the very beginning. The trick to a bat or flying squirrel exclusion is
to have it be effective and also last 35 years. You should only have to pay once
for an exclusion.

Your technician, Russell, politely called ahead to let me know when he would arrive within the time window we had predetermined. Upon arrival, Russell surveyed my raccoon and squirrel problem, then explained to me how he was going to handle it.
