I get a lot of call about dead animals at peoples homes a dead animal can be very difficult too locate especially if the animal is in the wall basically the only way too find the problem is too do the smell test to pin point the carcass .
I had a home owner contact me over Memorial Day weekend he said he had a horrible smell coming from under his deck on the back of his home he asked me how fast can I be there too find the dead animal and remove it. I was at his home within the hour even if it is Memorial Day weekend my business does not shut down I wouldn't want too have company over for a BBQ and have a horrible smell like that .
I did a little investigating around the deck and located the dead raccoon under the deck I could not reach the raccoon from the exterior so I had too remove one of the boards too remove the Raccoon. The deck was not wood it was made out of composite decking once the board was removed I removed the dead raccoon and treated the soiled are with a solution too kill all the bacteria and referred pest Finder's too treat the home for flea's and ticks. I replaced the board as if nothing was touched. The job was completed within 30 minutes. Another happy customer and there family picnic could continue without any more problems.
I asked the home owner if he would be interested in sealing up around the deck with 14 gauge wire too prevent anymore animal's to get under his deck the price I provided him was very cost efficient for his budget I returned too his home and installed fencing around his deck and also gave him a 1 year warranty which I do with all my jobs I always back up all my work. squirrels in your attic will cause serious hazards. By nature squirrels
are destructive. Like all rodents squirrels chew on electrical wiring in the home. While chewing on the wires in your home the squirrels are striping the plastic coating, creating a dangerous situation to the household.
Black foam is the last thing you want to use on a home to exclude animals. One material to use is silicone in combination with a quarter inch galvanized wire mesh. Black foam lasts only five to ten years, it breaks down with the ultra violet rays of the sun and within those ten years the squirrels or bats will be able to get back in very quickly, sometimes even right away. Silicone lasts 35 years. Black foam is very ugly and one of the most unsightly things you can put on a house. Silicone when the clear type is used dries and you never even see it. Silicone is non porous and does not hold bacteria while black foam does hold bacteria. When seeking a wildlife operator, ask what types of materials they use. When the fall arrives the skunks really start to increase the search for food. results, I began looking for a trapper with a more effective approach.

and installed his unique raccoon-rerouting method at my home. By the next day
