Roanoak Animal Control Trapping & Roanoak Critter Removal
Roanoak Snake Removal & Roanoak Snake Trappping
If we have to set traps we only set live traps like the one pictured to the right. This trap allows the animal to enter in search of food , get caught , and be removed from the property without being harmed. This trap is safe to set because it cannot hurt the animal and also it cannot hurt any little kid fooling around with it. We take great pride in placement, this keeps the trap hidden from public eye, and keeps a trapped animal safe and not stressed. Groundhogs and wood chucks are living under the porch, trapping and concrete exclusions can solve your problems.

Damage that Beaver living environmentscan cause - Roanoke, Texas
Beavers are found today throughout all
of North America. Beavers are actually present in just about every county of
Texas. Although they are important wildlife aniimals that by creating new
habitats that in essence benefit a variety of other important wildlife animals,
beavers are not an animal you want destroying the gorgeous pond you may have
just spent thousands of dollars to have man-made and installed on your property
and/or acreage or wreaking havoc on the natural river that flows through your
property. Although beavers have their beneifts, more than likely, if you have
them on your property you will need to have them removed and should.
Beavers are quite destructive while
forming their living quarters, and their effects on surrounding wildlife as
well. Beaver dams end up slowing the flow of natural moving water during and
after the inventive construction of their homes. This effect ends up allowing
other wildlife and plant species to colonize in this modified ecosystem. Many
waterfowl, ducks, reptiles, amphibians, and aquatic insects are attracted to
beaver ponds. But, the impaired flow of water and removal of woody vegetation
along the shoreline of man-made and/or natural ponds can cause the waters
temperature to rise and allow more sediment to collect behind the beaver
contructed dam. Thus, dissolving much needed oxygen levels. This then servers
as a breeding and killing mechanism in essence. The lower oxygen in the water
and higher water tempatures create a condusive environment for some organisms, but at the high expense
of other wildlife, such as trout and aquatic insects that are virtually
dependant on cool, flowing waters to live, that may have once been there before
the beaver set foot to create it’s first home.
Physical damage caused by beavers in
the South is estimated
to cause millions of dollars annually in expenses for repair. Examples of different
types of damage beavers can cause include timber and agricultural crop loss,
damage to roads, septic systems and other property by flooding, and destruction
of ornamental plants used in landscaping
If you notice signs of beaver activity
on or around your property, we ask that you please call U.S. Animal Control immediately,
so that we may help you contain and restore your land to what it once was before
this wildlife animal moved in. Please note that in many states, I is illegal to
destroy the den of beaver younglings, so please seek professional help when dealing
with such as issue. There are important measures that need to be taken in order
to keep our wildlife populations in check correctly, and to continue to support
all living wildlife animals within our ecosystem.

Armadillos They are prolific diggers, and many species use their sharp claws to dig for food such as grubs and/or to dig dens. The 9-banded armadillo prefers to build burrows in moist soil near the creeks, streams, and arroyos near which it generally lives and feeds. The diet of armadillo species varies, but consists mainly of insects , grubs, and other invertebrates . Some species, however, are almost entirely termite/ant specialists. Armadillos have poor vision but are not blind.
The armor is formed by plates of dermal bone covered in small, overlapping scales armor-like skin would appear to be the main defense of many armadillos, in fact, most flee predators by running and/or digging, rather than relying on their armor. Armadillos have short legs but can move quickly they look slower then they really are. They can also hold their breath and walk on the bottom of a lake or any body of water for 6 minutes it is amazing what the armadillo can do.
When threatened by a predator the armadillo will roll up into a ball to
protect itself. Some other armadillo species cannot roll up because they have too many plates to curl to try to get away they will run into thorny brush, relying on their armor to protect them from the thorns. The North American Nine-banded Armadillo tends to jump straight in the air when surprised and consequently often collides with the undercarriage of vehicles that might pass over it. This is why most of the time they get hit by vechiles. If you are having a problem with Armadillo contact a professional .
